SEEPH 2025:
Onet reaffirms its commitment to becoming an increasingly inclusive company

On the occasion of European Disability Employment Week (EWE), which took place from November 17 to 21, the Onet Group reaffirmed its commitment to inclusion and diversity.

This week, dedicated to the employment of people with disabilities, is an opportunity to remind us that inclusion relies as much on action as it does on awareness. That is why Onet offers an ambitious and varied program to support, train, and mobilize all of its teams.

SEEPH 2025 in action

Disability: to disclose or not to disclose?

Produced in partnership with Talenteo, this film invites viewers to take a step back and reconsider stereotypes related to disability in the workplace. What if being able-bodied wasn't actually the norm?
With humor and accuracy, actors Adda Abdelli and Kristof Fluder (seen in the series Closet and Shared building on France 2) immerse us in an offbeat universe that challenges our perceptions and encourages dialogue.
A huge thank you to Onet's network of Inclusion Advisors for their dedication throughout this project.

Webinar on mental health in the workplace

Because disability is not limited to what is visible, Onet is offering a discussion forum dedicated to mental health. The goal is to better understand these issues, break down taboos, and provide tools for taking action on a daily basis.

DuoDay: a professional immersion at the heart of inclusion

The DuoDay embodies encounter, discovery, and openness.
This year, Onet employees rallied together to offer nearly 40 opportunities, allowing people with disabilities to experience a unique day of professional immersion. It was a moment rich in sharing, exchange, and kindness, reflecting our desire to build a more inclusive society.
