A new design forOnet Cleaning and Associated Services'
outfits
Onet launches new workwear for its cleaning agents in France. They are the fruit of a participative approach aligned with the ambitions of the Onet brand, the Group's CSR commitments and the logistical expertise of Prodim, Onet's subsidiary for the distribution of products and equipment dedicated to hygiene and cleaning professionals. These trendy outfits are designed to enhance the comfort and image of our agents.

In order to meet our agents' expectations, the outfits were redesigned thanks to a participative approach, carried out in collaboration with our agencies: questionnaires, interviews and wear tests helped refine the choices.
We've developed a collection that embodies Onet's image, while integrating the needs of agents upstream.
Cécile Almirall-Torrel, Prodim Purchasing Manager

More modern, comfortable, ergonomic and easy to care for, the new outfits are adapted to the seasons. Materials have been redesigned with light, breathable fabrics, and cuts have been adjusted. Specific modifications have been made to the women's collection, notably the replacement of belts by snaps on blouses.
They reflect a focus on everyday wear and practicality. This attention to detail reflects the Group's commitment to employee comfort.
Onet's image study, carried out by Kantar, showed that work clothes are the second most important vector of our Group's reputation, behind vehicles. This redesign should reinforce our image and set us apart in the eyes of the general public and our customers.
And not only that! With a more modern look, this new dressing room should make our teams feel valued and proud of their work.
Magali Bousquet, Onet Marketing and Communications Director

It was also important for Onet to commit to an eco-design approach for this collection. Environmental criteria were taken into account right from the selection of raw materials: recycled fabrics and a design that facilitates end-of-life recycling.
The old outfits will then be collected and recycled, in line with French legislation requiring textiles to be sorted by 2025.
This new collection reflects our concerns: to offer outfits that are better adapted to the needs of our employees, while at the same time being committed to continuous environmental improvement.
