THE "New Manager" CURSUS

Developing the skills and expertise of our employees is an essential part of the Group's overall performance. This is what we are developing through the Onet University, which enables each of our employees to be supported in their skills development, whatever their level, job or function. 

 

Our team leaders and supervisors, who play an essential role in our customer activities, benefit from a dedicated training program to help them take up their new positions and understand the role of manager: the "new manager" training course. 

 

First launched within Onet Propreté & Services and then within Onet Technologies, it has just been rolled out to Onet Logistique teams, and will soon be deployed withinOnet Security.

2024, Onet Logistique launches "new manager" course

. To support them in their management and business imperatives, 14 Onet Logistique employees have enrolled in the "new manager" course offered by Onet University.

 

Certifying over 12 months, this first year's course covers the Paris, Nord and Centre regions.

We hope that this first session will make our trainees feel more comfortable in their jobs and in their customer relations, and that it will continue to develop their sense of belonging to the company and their commitment to serving Onet Logistique's customers.

Certification training for all our entities

Supported and offered byOnet University, the "new manager" course enables you to become aware of the dimension of the manager's role, to question your practices and to anchor the fundamentals of management.

 

Following its successful launch with the Onet Cleaning and Associated Services teams, the course has now been rolled out to other Group entities. This certification program offers operational training provided by in-house and external instructors, complemented by personal coaching and supervised on-the-job training - a real added value.

 

This system enables our employees to be assessed in the field by the trainer, to check that the approaches worked on during training are being applied on an individual basis.
