As part of an increase in activity, we are looking for a Supplier Accountant to join our team based in Roissy.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will contribute to the reliability and quality of supplier invoice accounting processing, while supporting the increase in activity.

Your main tasks

Check, control and account for supplier invoices.
Identify and manage anomalies (duplicate invoices, charging errors, discrepancies, etc.).
Follow-up on GSEs: update the follow-up table and follow up missing invoices.
Manage parking cards (allocation, invoicing, renewal).
Prepare payment validations in collaboration with operational departments (BPA).
Participate in monthly and annual closings.

This list of missions is not exhaustive, and may evolve according to the needs of the department.

Your assets

Experience & skills :

Minimum 5 years' experience in accounts payable.
Solid command of Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions).
Ability to identify errors and propose corrective solutions.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal departments and suppliers.

Personal qualities :

Rigor, attention to detail and method.
Analytical skills and autonomy.
Organization, reliability and respect for deadlines.

Job conditions

Contract: 18-month fixed-term contract (increase in activity)
Remuneration: €36,000 gross/year
Location: Roissy (face-to-face)
Start date: as soon as possible
