Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.
Your main tasks will be :
Proofreading, revising and updating internal quality documents (procedures, instructions, forms, etc.)
Ensuring consistency and conformity of documents with internal and regulatory requirements
Structuring and organizing documentation according to the defined hierarchy (reference documents, procedures, operating methods, etc.)
Contributing to the proper distribution and accessibility of documents to the teams concerned
Participating in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Participate in / contribute to service improvement projects
Support for the drafting, formalization and integration of quality processes
Participation in working meetings with various departments
Suggestion of improvements as part of a continuous optimization process
Training: Bac +2/3 in progress in the field of quality, QHSE or equivalent.
Technical skills: Proficiency in office automation tools
Qualities: Excellent communication, rigor and organization, reliability, discretion, confidentiality, responsiveness, management of priorities, proactivity.
