Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for 6 areas:
RECRUITMENT
- Identify and define plant recruitment needs
- Publish offers and define the most appropriate distribution channels
- Sort incoming applications and conduct telephone and in-person interviews
TRAINING
- Coordinate and monitor each facility's training budget
- Manage and monitor the administrative side of branch training files
DISABILITY & INTEGRATION
- Raise awareness and implement communication initiatives within branches
- Work closely with the region's relevant prescribers
ALTERNANCE
- Manage all administrative aspects of work-study contracts
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
- You contribute to personnel management and administrative follow-up,
- Help file personnel files
MISCELLANEOUS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Update organization charts
- Report on HR indicators
With a background in human resources.
You are able to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team.
