Reporting to the Branch Manager, you guarantee that work is carried out on time and according to commitments, while optimizing the planning of tasks and available resources.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

Represent the company and maintain its image
Listen to customer needs and prioritize interventions
Ensure application of customer procedures
Plan, update and close interventions in the CMMS
Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
Analyze reports in order to carry out the necessary actions and assist technicians
Communicate regularly with customers on the progress of interventions
Ensure smooth flow of information between teams
Share your technical expertise with other stakeholders
Apply and enforce safety instructions

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the field of electronic security or low-voltage power in the broadest sense.

You are recognized for your responsiveness, organizational skills and ability to manage complex situations. Autonomous and proactive, you know how to anticipate and optimize the planning of interventions.

Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen enable you to maintain good relations with customers and internal teams.
