Working within the Operations and Training Department and reporting to the Site Manager, your main tasks will be to :
- Develop and negotiate the customer relationship on an assigned portfolio.
- Manage remote customer relations and sales on e-commerce sites.
- Customer targeting and prospecting: Identify potential customers and carry out B-to-B prospecting.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and maintain quality relationships.
- Organize, participate in and run a sales event: Plan and manage events to promote products and services, participate in forums.
- Manage digital customer relations: Use digital tools to interact with customers.
- Develop customer relations in e-commerce.
- Assist the Training Manager in his commercial deployment.
- Master omnichannel relationships: manage customer interactions across all communication channels.
You are preparing a Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree at university or business school.
You have good analytical and writing skills. You work well in a team, have good interpersonal skills and are able to work independently.
