Reporting to the Site Manager and/or Deputy Site Manager, you will have the skills, experience, resources and decision-making power to ensure that the contract is properly implemented. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the service within the framework of the specifications.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Supervision of reception and escort staff for people with reduced mobility, ad hoc management of their schedules (in emergencies only).
Monitor the progress and completion of guaranteed and non-guaranteed services
Daily updating of the management tool: assigning agents to scheduled services, checking services scheduled for the following day, always qualifying services, paying the schedule.
Liaise with other stations and platform managers on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of services
Reporting duties
Make teams aware of general and specific instructions relating to the service and the prevention plan
Check and alert on deviations of material resources from missions
Fill in the logbook to trace any problems encountered with other stations
Check boom lift operation and battery status
Manage the presence of the Lost & Found agent
Checking and applying the HOTES system to agents
Wear the clothing provided by ONET ACCUEIL and check that agents are wearing PPE.
Help maintain a calm social climate within the workforce

Weekend work (on average 1 weekend out of two)

Half-yearly modulation agreement

Maximum working hours: be available from 5 a.m. if you work a morning shift and from 11 p.m. if you work an afternoon shift.

You have excellent elocution skills.
