Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students to help them obtain their diploma while training them in our professions. Our mission is to train you to become an Operations Assistant F/H.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and the Operations Manager, your missions are as follows:

- Support operations in management tasks: monitoring reports, creating documents, preparing presentation materials, sales proposals, planning meetings, business intelligence, etc...,

- Monitor customer satisfaction,

- Manage stocks of consumables,

- Set up inventories to keep track of equipment,

- Managing a budget: tracking actual expenses, staying within budget,

- Supporting team management: recruiting agents in liaison with functional departments, monitoring time-clocks and schedules.

Your assets

You are preparing a BAC+2 diploma, ideally in hygiene and environment.

You enjoy office and operational work.

You have good interpersonal skills and are a team player. You are versatile.
