Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.

As a member of the administrative team at the Manosque branch, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Contribute to personnel management and administrative follow-up;
Hiring formalities (declaration, employment contract, health insurance, etc.)
Provide administrative support to operational contacts and suppliers
Collect variable payroll data (absences, clocking in and out, advance payments, overtime, etc.)
Monitor quality controls on our blue quality software, national and regional market reporting

Your assets

You are preparing a bac +3 to bac +5 degree in human resources, equivalent to a bachelor's or master's degree.

You are recognized for your commitment and dedication. Your rigor and ability to manage priorities enable you to meet deadlines. You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality. Good oral and written communication skills are essential.

You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team.
