As part of a dynamic and motivated team, you will provide your customers with personalized service.
Your tasks :
Opening customer accounts,
Drawing up, managing and monitoring quotations and orders,
Recording and updating sales prices,
Managing commercial exchanges with customers (pre-sales and after-sales),
Participating in the follow-up of sales actions,
Advising and selling to existing customers, and assisting with Web sales.
You will also manage customer disputes in collaboration with the logistics department.
Trained to Bac+2 level or equivalent, you are committed to providing the best service and have a commercial mindset. You have good interpersonal skills and are used to communicating professionally by telephone.
Your other qualities include responsiveness, thoroughness, organization, the ability to work as part of a team and a sense of customer service.
Very good computer skills and mastery of Outlook are essential.
Sales support experience would be highly appreciated.
