Study and take into account customer needs
Validate the operational feasibility of requests with operating teams
Draw up specifications and technical briefs
Follow up orders and follow up with customers if necessary
Ensure compliance with sales procedures and commercial conditions
Manage renewals
Track customer complaints
Alert to any billing difficulties and participate in collections
Report malfunctions and propose associated action plans
Monitor your activity's performance indicators (financial indicators, QAP, etc.)
Report monthly to your line manager

Your assets

With a higher education in commerce or sales administration, you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally acquired in the BtoB services sector.

You have a perfect command of drawing up quotations and managing customer relations. You are responsive, rigorous and highly autonomous.

In addition, your excellent interpersonal skills, your ability to communicate and your sense of team spirit need no further demonstration.

You are recognized for your writing skills and have a perfect command of office automation tools, particularly Excel.
