Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers for our cleaning and multiservices in the Chambéry (73) area.
In this role, you will carry out the following tasks:
Management: leading the teams and sectors for which you are responsible, ensuring a lasting social climate
Technical: Organization and management of the worksite (personnel, equipment, products, work schedules) to ensure compliance with specifications.
Sales: Constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, promotion and quotation of additional and exceptional work.
Management/Administration: Analysis and summary of site reports with the Branch Manager.
Human resources management: management of the recruitment process, personnel administration and agent training, control and management of time clocks.
Health and safety: help draw up prevention plans, monitor authorizations, comply with procedures.
Your strengths :
With a 2-year higher education qualification, you have proven experience in management, site supervision and team leadership.
Ideally, knowledge of the cleaning environment
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to work as part of a team and your sense of responsibility and results. Your decision-making skills will enable you to succeed in this position.
