For one of our customers at our LOON-PLAGE branch, we are looking for a rope access team leader(s) to ensure compliance with the health and safety standards of our charter and that of the customer.

Your missions are to :

- In charge of worksites, handing in work orders and technical files under the responsibility of the Operations Manager.

. Ensure the health and safety of personnel and third parties on construction sites.

. Supervise the team's permanent and temporary rope access technicians.

. Ensure that work is completed in accordance with technical specifications, plans and deadlines.

You play an important role in ensuring a clean, healthy and safe environment.

A hands-on person, you are recognized for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection.

You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.

- Ideally, you have completed a "Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP2) or CATC" training course.

- 2 years' experience in a similar position is welcome, but all profiles are considered.
