Your role is key: you will be in charge of the administrative management of employee files (correspondence, medical check-ups, absence management, etc.), as well as the HR side of things, from drawing up hiring documents to managing disciplinary procedures. In addition, you will be in charge of clocking in and out employees, as well as drawing up their pay slips and customer/supplier invoices. You will also be involved in drawing up budgets and occasionally responding to certain calls for tender.
