Based at our head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Key Accounts Director, you will provide support in coordinating and managing the company's strategic customers.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Help prepare responses to calls for tender (technical brief, financial offer, presentation, etc.)
Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments
Assist Key Account Managers with contract management and customer meetings
Contribute to improving customer knowledge by updating CRM data
Take an active part in the life of the team by taking on cross-functional missions designed to contribute to the smooth running of your team (monitoring, project presentation, tool development, etc.).

Your assets

With at least a 4-year higher education diploma in business, you would like to invest and develop your skills within an international group in constant development.

You are rigorous, adaptable, pragmatic and curious. You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

You have good writing skills and a good command of office automation tools.
