Job offer Assistant DPO F/H Alternance Bouches du Rhône (13)

Based at the company's head office in Marseille (13009), you will report to the Data Protection Officer and assist him/her, along with specialized legal experts, in supporting and managing compliance in terms of personal data.

As a result, your main tasks are as follows:

Protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data :

Assist the DPO and his team in maintaining data processing registers and dealing with business requests
Take part in implementing controls and audits
Participate in the acculturation to personal data protection
Contribute to supporting business units in data protection impact analysis (DPIA), and verify its execution.
Help negotiate contracts

Roadmap and indicators :

Support the DPO in drafting the annual report and roadmap
Participate periodically in updating policies and procedures
Help set up and monitor personal data protection indicators
Assist the DPO and his team in maintaining documentation relating to the processing of personal data
Monitor regulations and technology
Participate in supporting BUs on the commercial side of personal data issues

Your assets

With at least a Master 1 degree, you would like to get involved in the management and protection of personal data in a constantly expanding international group. You are familiar with data protection regulations and contract law. You have a strong interest in cybersecurity and new technologies.

In addition, you are able to carry out audits, are adaptable, reactive and have a good level of verbal skills. Your rigor is unquestionable. You are also able to demonstrate ethics, integrity and confidentiality.
