- Act as the main contact for Onet Sécurité's national payroll coordinator
- Manage a team of 7 administrative assistants
- Act as a payroll expert in response to issues raised by the assistants
- Check that variable payroll elements are processed and taken into account
- Check severance pay and the processing of interim payments
- Supervise payroll.

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the BtoB services sector.

You have a perfect command of payroll processes and IT tools. As an experienced manager, you know how to create momentum and unite teams.

In addition, you are recognized for your rigor, your interpersonal skills and your ability to manage priorities.

Knowledge of HR Access V9 software would be a plus.
