Onet Cleaning and Associated Services Transport specializes in the cleaning of rolling stock. Our expertise enables us to intervene upstream, from the definition of specifications to the provision of services, as part of a continuous improvement process.

Onet is recruiting for its Paris branch :

A Branch Manager F/H

Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include :

Operational management :

- Define strategy and individual objectives
- Manage support and operating teams
- Supervise site management,
- Ensure compliance with specifications and allocate human and technical resources in line with Quality, Safety and Environmental commitments.
- Lead branch meetings

Business development :

- Define, organize and monitor the sales strategy for your sector: regular follow-up of existing customers, development of new markets, public relations operations, with the aim of increasing sales.

HR and social management :

- Supervise recruitment
- Optimize personnel management (career, training, compliance with regulations)
- Chair the IRP (CE/DP/CHSCT) and maintain a good social climate
- Prevent and manage individual and collective disputes

Financial management :

- Define and monitor the annual budget
- Analyze management indicators and adjust discrepancies
- Report regularly to your superiors

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 10 years' experience in profit center management, acquired in BtoB services. Ideally, you have already worked in the cleaning sector.

As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, set the pace and unite your teams. You have excellent commercial skills and are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit.

In addition, you stand out for your rigor, adaptability and results orientation. Very comfortable with figures, you are a recognized manager.
