For our ONET SECURITE NANTES agency, we are looking for :

HR ASSISTANT on work-study program (F/H)

Your tasks will include the following:

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

o Carry out administrative procedures for new hires and departures (DPAE, contracts, STC, etc.);

o Management of employee files (endorsements, follow-up of medical examinations, occupational injuries, paid leave, etc.) ;

o Management of medical visits (scheduling, appointments, data entry) ;

o Administrative management of training (drawing up and monitoring the training plan) ;

o Tracking delegation hours.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT

o Take telephone calls;

o Greet and inform internal and external contacts;

o Filing and archiving documents (paper and/or electronic) ;

o Mail processing.

Your assets

You're looking for a work-study program as part of your HR curriculum.

You have a genuine interest in human resources and personnel management.

You're analytical, able to summarize, methodical and adaptable.

You are recognized for your commitment and dedication.

The position is offered for 2 years.

Start of sandwich course: early September.

Position based in Carquefou.
