Reporting to the ONET Accueil Provence & Côte d'Azur agency, you will replace our regular hosts/hostesses during their vacations.
We are looking for 1 receptionist on fixed-term contract available in April for a 30h and/or 35h position.
Missions :
- Welcoming, informing, guiding and keeping visitors waiting
- Direct visitors to the right contact,
- Manage visitor entry,
- Issue visitor badges,
- Receive letters and small parcels from couriers,
- Receive mail and notify recipients where necessary,
- Manage telephone reception
- Keep the reception area tidy
You have a sense of service and rigor.
Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.
You have excellent elocution and writing skills.
You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Experience as a host or hostess in a similar position would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
English is a plus.
