Through its site assistance services (radiation protection, regulatory controls, nuclear logistics, etc.), the Operations and Training Division contributes to the success of EDF's industrial programs aimed at safely producing low-carbon energy.

Here are the challenges we propose to meet together:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

Prepare, plan and monitor radiation protection projects, notably in conjunction with the Radiation Protection Preparer and the Activity Planner,
Organize, supervise and manage a team of technicians and workers working on nuclear installations.
Produce site reports, track hours and manage equipment,
Ensure site management in line with the SCC,
Replacing staff absent from the field
Provide technical support to existing staff
Supporting new recruits
Support in writing site reports,
Check intervention files and ensure follow-up,
Liaise with the EDF Radiation Protection Project Manager,
Apply and enforce QSE (quality, safety and environment) instructions.

Your assets

You have solid experience in construction site management and supervising construction crews in a nuclear environment, particularly in radiation protection activities.

You are recognized for your leadership and interpersonal skills.

You have a good sense of priorities and enjoy customer contact.
