Offer description

Your mission

We are recruiting for our ONET SERVICES REIMS and TROYES agencies, a QSE Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.

You play a key role: you implement and promote your institution's QSE policy, with client sites spread across departments 08, 10, 51, 52, and 55.

 Health, Safety, Environment:

- Implement and monitor QSE procedures

- Advise and assist site managers

- Listen to staff in order to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions, and pass on any information useful for the continuous improvement of working conditions.

- Analyze incidents, near misses and accidents

- Participate in the analysis of risks and malfunctions, and in the search for areas for improvement.

- Propose and plan action plans 

- Monitor HSE indicators and report to Regional Management

- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and that branches comply with safety-related regulatory obligations (authorization, single document, prevention plan, PPE, training, exposure sheets, etc.).

- Monitor regulations and analyze their impact on the agency

 Quality: 

- Manage and control quality-related records

- Process non-conformity reports, monitor the implementation of corrective actions and their effectiveness

 Audit and control : 

- Initiate and monitor periodic equipment checks

- Ensure compliance with prevention plans, safety instructions, procedures and operating modes

- Monitor and update site authorizations and access rights

- Ongoing personnel audits in HSE areas

 Support and training : 

- Ensure support for operational staff and their acquisition of methods and processes

- Organize information and awareness-raising campaigns for employees on risks: workplace accidents, road accidents, .... and suggest areas for improvement.

- Participating in the CSSCT

- Support branch teams in obtaining quality, health, safety and environmental certifications (MASE, ISO 9000, etc.).

 

Your assets

Ideally, you will have a two- or three-year degree in Hygiene, Cleanliness, Quality, Safety, and Environment, and you will have proven success in a similar position.

 

You have a good understanding of certification principles, quality standards, and procedures, and are familiar with computer tools (particularly Excel).


You enjoy working in the field and interacting with customers, you have strong analytical and synthesis skills, and you know how to adapt to your audience.

You are proactive, independent, diplomatic, and thorough, with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills and strong organizational abilities.

 

Driving license required.

A service vehicle will be provided for your use.
