As Q3SE - Certification Manager at Onet Logistique, you will play a key role in implementing, monitoring and improving Q3SE procedures. You will advise and assist site management while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continuous improvement process, working closely with the Q3SE Department and operating teams.
Reporting to the Q3SE Manager, your main responsibilities will be to :
◌ Deployment and monitoring of Q3SE procedures: Develop, apply and monitor procedures relating to quality, health, safety, security and the environment, incorporating certification requirements. Ensure their deployment in the field.
◌ Certification management: coordinate the processes required to obtain and maintain certifications (e.g. AEO, MASE, ISO 14001, EN 9120, AEO) and ensure compliance with certification standards.
◌ Site support: Provide technical support and advice to site teams to ensure compliance with certification requirements.
◌ Quality documentation management: Ensure the management and updating of documentation required for certifications, including process mapping.
◌ Steering continuous improvement: Analyze malfunctions, suggest improvements and monitor continuous improvement indicators to optimize certification processes.
◌ Setting up internal audits: Ensure regular internal audits are carried out to assess process compliance with current standards, identify areas for improvement and guarantee compliance with quality standards within the company.
◌ Organization of awareness-raising actions: Plan and implement information and awareness-raising actions on the risks and requirements of certifications among employees.
◌ Supervision of compliance with legal requirements: Check that sites comply with regulatory obligations and certification requirements, and analyze regulatory developments to adjust practices and procedures.
Training: Bac +4/5 in quality, safety, environment, or relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with a background in Q3SE.
Technical skills: Mastery of standards and processes related to quality, safety and environmental certifications.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements to maintain certifications.
Qualities: Excellent communication skills, rigor and organization, good interpersonal skills, responsiveness, priority management, proactivity.
