Reporting to the Customer Area and Events Manager, you will ensure that meetings and visits run smoothly. Thanks to you, every visitor leaves with a smile and a memorable experience.

Your main tasks:

- Warmly welcome visitors and meeting participants

- Carefully prepare meeting rooms: cleanliness, equipment, ambience

- Coordinate the day's events with the various participants

- Deal with small administrative requests: printing, copying, recording...

- Regularly checking spaces to ensure high standards

- Ensure the VIP area is well-maintained

Your assets

With a higher education in catering/hospitality, you have significant experience in a similar position.
You have a good level of English.
With excellent interpersonal and service skills, you are adaptable, dynamic and have a constant eye for detail with your customers.
You are also recognized for your rigor and organizational skills.
