Context
The Operational Excellence department supports teams in the transformation, continuous improvement and optimization of operational processes.
As part of the reopening of a new-generation sorter (S3N 2.0), the trainee will play an active role in structuring processes, operational deployment and performance improvement.
Missions
1. Preparing for the reopening of S3N 2.0
- Formalize processes and operating procedures.
- Participate in the operational preparation and support of teams during the opening.
- Implement performance monitoring tools.
- Analyze performance before/after opening (processing time, volumes, flows, incidents).
2. Process improvement and security
- Propose solutions to improve and accelerate loading and sorting processes
(e.g., pick-to-light, visual aids, flow optimization). - Design poka-yoke solutions to secure the storage of unsecured luggage.
- Conduct benchmarks and feasibility analyses, and formulate recommendations for improvement across the entire sorting system.
