Reporting to the Area QSE Manager and working closely with the Branch Managers, you will be responsible for the QSE management of the branches. In particular, you will be responsible for :

EMPLOYER'S COMMITMENT

- Assist the Agency Manager in drafting the agency's QSE policy and objectives, and lead the steering review
- Monitor QSE indicators and ensure objectives are met

QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT (QSSE)

- Suggest topics for branch talks
- Create QSE communication media
- Lead and manage safety challenges
- Update documents and deploy them to the various players, and monitor them
- Be in charge of the process for managing work-related accidents, as well as occupational illnesses, and ensure follow-up
-Sensitize employees to good practices in terms of quality and health at work in agencies and on site
- Communicate TF and TG indicators to the agency on a monthly basis via agency meetings
- Monitor the proper conduct of feedback interviews
- Carry out in-depth cause analyses

AUDIT AND CONTROL

- Assist with internal audits (NF SERVICES, MASE, regulatory)
- Carry out HSE diagnostics for the branch, in conjunction with the branch manager
- Participate in external certification audits
- Lead the creation and progress of action plans following internal and external audits
- Communicate audit results to the branch.

Your assets

You have at least a Bachelor's degree and ideally a Master's degree in QSE / QHSE, and at least a first significant experience in a company in this field.

The position is based in Floirac, but frequent travel is to be expected (Toulouse branch, on sites within the managed perimeter).

You are recognized for your proactivity, your curiosity and your taste for a challenge. With good communication skills, you also have the ability to adapt to your various contacts (agents, branch managers, line managers, customers, etc.).
