26 Onet University graduates
On January 16, at a ceremony held at the Orange Vélodrome, Onet University proudly presented 26 of its employees with their diplomas. A wonderful opportunity to look back on their experiences and career paths within the company.
After several months, combining their jobs and courses, the graduates can be proud of their achievements.
To congratulate them, they were welcomed in this emblematic place to receive their certificates.

Graduates from all over France also enjoyed the OM Inside Experience. They visited the stadium (mixed zone, press room, sports zone, pitchside, VIP areas) with commentary, anecdotes and explanations of how it works.

What is Onet University?
Created in 2015 with the leitmotiv of "growing together and cultivating our benchmark" is a reflection of the training policy pursued for many years.
Élisabeth Coquet-Reinier, Chairman of the Board Onet, points out that "We have always considered internal training as a strategic investment. It's the strength of our Group, it's our DNA. It was on the initiative of my father, Louis Reinier, that specific, tailored training cycles were set up to support our employees in their career development."
The training courses offered by Onet University enable our employees to progress to management positions.
Diploma courses ?
Since 2016, the University has partnered with higher education establishments to deliver certifying diplomas, a major asset for our employees. All our employees come from the Group's various business lines and are involved in the scheme.
They can follow two courses:
- "Manager un Centre de Responsabilités (MCR)" in partnership with IFG, Bordeaux University and INSEEC U (bac +4/5 - RNCP Level I).
- "Manager de Proximité (PMO)" with CESI Aix en Provence (level Bac+2 - title RNCP Level III).
For the "Local Manager" course, the aim is to develop your legitimacy as a manager and the performance of your team. This training is delivered via blended learning (a mix of online distance learning sessions and face-to-face sessions with trainers). Training modules are also delivered by in-house trainers, helping to maintain the Onet touch that is so essential to our culture and DNA.
To obtain this diploma, our employees are assessed by means of multiple-choice questions at the end of each module, a skills block presentation, a professional report (based on an application site) and a final presentation before a jury, chaired by an external company.
The "Managing a responsibility center" course is designed to steer a unit's performance, by developing its managerial skills. This course is based on blended learning, with face-to-face training sessions, as well as a progress plan, an essential pedagogical pillar of the training. To obtain this diploma, our employees are assessed by means of marks for the sessions attended and a final presentation of the progress plan before a jury.
It is also important to specify the fundamental role of tutors in supporting the implementation of training skills in real-life situations.
A 2-in-1 diploma: when competence goes hand in hand with CSR!
In addition to their diploma, our "Managing a Center of Responsibility" employees in the class of 2019 have also obtained the Sulitest certificate.
What is Sulitest?
Described as the "Toefl (universal English test)" of sustainable development by the newspaper Le Monde and supported by the United Nations, SuLitest is the first international test to assess individuals' knowledge of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility issues.
Why this additional test for our employees?
Onet is a pioneer in the development of the Sustainability Literacy Test. It uses 50 online questions to test your knowledge of sustainable development.
To assess employees' knowledge of the Group's responsible development policy, Onet has also added specific questions.
