At just 28 years of age, Shéhérazade Benazouz oversees maintenance at the Douai Hospital and Ehpad, as well as the Ehpad for the town of Somain, not forgetting the Psychological Medical Centers in the Hauts-de-France region.
Every day, she organizes schedules, manages payroll and oversees the work done by her four foremen and 70 operatives.
His presence is no stranger to motivating the teams, who have found a new smile and a taste for work since Onet took over from one of its competitors in 2019.
I come from the field, I didn't go to university, so I motivate and value my teams in turn by giving meaning to their work, just as I found it when I was in their shoes. Their smiles give me so much satisfaction
Hired in August 2012 by Onet for the summer as a cleaner at the Valenciennes hospital, she plunged into the world of cleaning and, three months later, signed her first permanent contract!
After three years as a service agent, the young woman accepted a position as team leader in 2015. She compensates for her lack of confidence by training and working tirelessly.
In 2018, she left Valenciennes for Douai, supported by a hierarchy that had high hopes for her potential.

While she admits to being passionate about the hospital world, she also enjoys moments of disconnection in nature and those she devotes to baking.
