A graduate in employment law and human resources, Élodie Volle began her career with the law firm Fidal, then with an HR consultancy. She joined Onet in 2008 as Head of Human Resources, and has held the position of Human Resources Director at Onet Technologies since 2019.

This appointment reflects Onet's commitment to internal mobility, an essential lever for the professional development of its employees.

Working alongside the HR teams, Élodie Volle's mission will be to support Onet in its transformations, by projecting our Group's vision and strategy and deploying HR policies that embody our values, both in France and internationally.
