Entreprendre pour Toi
A group of companies committed to fighting poverty

Faced with the challenges of precariousness and poor housing, ten Marseilles-based companies, including the Onet Group Corporate Foundationhave joined forces to create Entreprendre pour Toi.

Now made up of 21 companies, this collective is working with employees to support local associations that work on a daily basis to help the underprivileged in the Aix-Marseille-Provence region.

Joint mobilization of companies and employees

Launched in March 2023, the Entreprendre pour Toi endowment fund aims to unite companies of all sizes and in all sectors to support associations working to improve the living conditions of people in precarious situations: access to housing, employment, education and training, food and health.

Entreprendre pour Toi is based on a collaborative dynamic where companies and employees act together.
This approach translates into :

  • The concrete commitment of our employees in the field,
  • The pooling of human, financial and material resources to maximize the impact of the associations' actions.
  • Accompanying and supporting companies to facilitate this commitment.

With Entreprendre pour Toi and the strength of its collective, acting locally gives every company, large or small, and its employees the opportunity to support concrete projects and be an agent of tangible change to create a strong dynamic of solidarity for our region!

An annual evening to take stock and launch new projects

On March 10, 2025, nearly 120 representatives of local businesses, associations and institutions gathered to :

  • Present the concrete results of actions carried out in 2024,
  • Announce new projects that will receive financial support in 2025,
  • Share inspiring testimonials on skills sponsorship and its positive impact on the region.

Projects receiving financial support

  • Entreprendre pour les Marseillais Délogés (piloted by the Onet Foundation): support for 88 people evicted from their homes following danger orders, as they make their way towards permanent housing.
  • JUST: a third-party accommodation and support center for 10 severely excluded people: facade work, bedrooms, bathroom...
  • Loger Marseille Jeunes: renovation work on a 70 m2 apartment and the building's communal areas.
  • Habitat Alternatif Social: support for the operation of the day-care center for 20 mothers and 32 children: healthy food, hygiene, parental and educational support.
  • Compagnons Bâtisseurs : renovation of the bathroom housing the association's young European volunteers.
  • Toit à Moi: housing, building a life project, creating social links for the sustainable integration of people suffering severe exclusion
  • Apprentis d'Auteuil (Parent'Aise): support for 100 families in parenting and conjugality workshops.
  • Régie des quartiers (Noailles-Belsunce): 3,000 balanced breakfasts distributed to 129 schoolchildren. 3 employees recruited and trained.

Donation in kind

  • Collection of infant milk and diapers: more than 150 cans of infant milk and 200 packs of diapers (approximately 10,000 diapers) distributed to 4 associations: La Caravelle, La Maison des femmes Marseille Provence, HAS and Soliha Provence.
  • Donation of furniture, computer equipment, games, school supplies, feminine hygiene products...
  • Provision of premises by Erilia to the association Une Voix pour Elles
