On September 18, 2026, in France and around the world, nearly 400 Onet employees came together for Housing Solidarity Day, theOnet Foundation’s flagship initiative.

Practical action tailored to local needs
Painting, furniture assembly, outdoor maintenance, landscaping, and planting: the projects carried out met the needs expressed by our partner organizations.
Beyond the work we did, this day provided an opportunity to build relationships with the organizations we support and to make a tangible contribution to improving the quality of life for thousands of people.
Thanks to the dedication of the Onet teams, nearly 3,000 beneficiaries in France are directly benefiting from the improvements made during this 2026 edition.
A Long-Term Commitment to Combating Substandard Housing
Founded in 2010, the Onet Foundation has been committed to combating substandard housing for more than fifteen years. Its work focuses on supporting grassroots organizations that provide daily assistance to people in precarious living situations.
Through its various programs, the Foundation helps improve the living conditions of people in need, facilitates access to hygiene supplies and food aid, and promotes their independence and dignity.
Held since 2011, the Solidarity & Housing Days are a highlight of this commitment. They allow employees to get directly involved in community projects with a significant social impact, wherever the Group operates.
Skills-based philanthropy at the heart of the initiative
This initiative is part of Onet’s skills-based philanthropy program. In France, employees can devote two days of their work time to public-interest projects with partner organizations.
For the 2026 edition, Solidarity & Housing Day represented nearly 2,800 hours of pro bono services provided to the nonprofit sector.
