: Construction Begins on a Next-Generation Logistics Warehouse

The aircraft engine manufacturer has chosen to partner with Onet Logistique & Production to design, build, and operate this new warehouse.

Building on a partnership of more than eight years with Safran Aircraft Engines, the Onet Group has won over clients thanks to the technical robustness of its offerings, as well as its understanding of logistics processes and its ability to design customized, sustainable, and innovative solutions.

This initiative is part of Onet Logistique & Production’s primary mission: to support and foster the growth of the Safran Group’s operations by providing reliable, scalable, and high-performance industrial solutions.

Onet Logistics & Production will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this facility, which is scheduled to open in October 2026. Nearly 50 employees will be in charge of managing the entire logistics process, including receiving, quality control, storage, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping.

This logistics operation will complement the one that Onet Logistique & Production already manages for the Châtellerault plant, with which daily shuttle runs will be carried out using 100% electric trucks.

In addition to the direct jobs created at the warehouse, the project will contribute to the local economy by establishing a logistics center of excellence in the heart of Touraine, enhancing the region’s appeal to industry and fostering the development of new skills.

This project, led with rigor and vision by CORSALIS and implemented by IDEC—whose expertise ensures a high-performance, sustainable building—illustrates the emergence of a new model of digital, secure, and collaborative logistics. In Sorigny, this will result in full traceability of physical and digital flows, as well as enhanced industrial security.
