The Onet Group has received the Employees® Certification for its employee survey.
Following a large-scale survey conducted in 2025 by Ipsos, Onet received the Employees® Certification for the satisfaction levels of its blue-collar workers. Contrary to common misconceptions about service-sector jobs, this survey, titled “ From You to Us ,” highlights significant levels of engagement: 9 out of 10 respondents (94%) believe that their work is meaningful and helps others.

A novel investigative approach
Between April 17 and June 7, 2025, Onet conducted the“From You to Us”survey among all its permanent employees at its French sites. Conducted in partnership with Ipsos, this initiative ensures the objectivity of the data collected. 7,566 people took part in the survey (representing a 26% response rate) by answering about twenty questions regarding their daily lives, working conditions, and their relationship with the company. The primary drivers of employee motivation are thus the satisfaction of a job well done and customer satisfaction, reflecting their commitment to service.
Based on these results, Onet has earned theEmployees®certification issued by ChooseMyCompany—a certification recognized by EcoVadis—which attests to a very high level of employee satisfaction, as measured according to the rigorous criteria of the EmployeesIndex® protocol.
These findings challenge conventional wisdom and invite us to take a fresh look at our service-oriented professions. Where some might imagine these roles to be unfulfilling, the findings reveal, on the contrary, that our teams view their work as meaningful and helpful, and that our employees are satisfied with what they do. This survey also aligns with the principle of “reciprocity of care”: employees who feel good about their work provide the best service to our customers
Magali Bousquet, Director of Marketing and Communications for the Onet Group
This survey is part of our ongoing commitment to improving the quality of life at work. These results underscore the key role of line management and reinforce our commitment to better promote career development opportunities—a strong expectation expressed by our employees.
