Cleaning and disinfection, the first step in the pharmaceutical process
In this highly regulated sector, cleaning and disinfection are an integral part of the pharmaceutical process production chain.
To ensure the satisfaction of our customers, we keep a close eye on the training of our operatives, which includes dressing, chemical and biological hazards, and the management of traceability and data integrity, which are an essential part of our obligations.
In the pharmaceutical industry, operations are only taken into account if the traceability of unit operations has been correctly recorded.
Our training courses enable our teams to intervene whatever the bio-contamination class defined by the European pharmaceutical industry's Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP ). For air quality, these define classes A to D, which determine the number of particles permitted, depending on the zones to be protected. They also introduce a notion of bacteriological air contamination not present in other standards.
Production-related cleaning and disinfection are often combined with other tasks, such as DSVA (surface disinfection by air), linen and uniform management, and laboratory glassware cleaning (Autoclave, which requires specific training).
