Onet University is back in session!

At the end of November, Onet University welcomed the new classes of "Local Managers" (PMO) and "Responsibility Center Managers" (MCR).

 

With these two state-recognized degree programs, Onet confirms its commitment to professional training, internal mobility, and the development of managerial skills.

Two degrees, one shared ambition: training tomorrow's managers

52 employees joined the University for 18 months of intensive training in managerial skills:

Local Manager

 

A two-year college program designed to develop managerial legitimacy, team leadership methods, the fundamentals of labor law, and the operational tools essential for everyday work.

Managing a Responsibility Center

 

A four- or five-year degree program to learn how to drive performance, master financial issues, assert leadership, and lead high-impact projects.

Diverse backgrounds, one thing in common: the desire to learn

The students in these classes are branch managers, operations agents, team leaders, area managers, site managers, activity managers, and operations managers in each of our business units: Cleaning and Services, Security, Reception, Airport, Logistics, Technologies, etc. Some are working toward their first degree, while others are returning to school after several years.

 

This diversity illustrates a powerful reality: skill development knows no age limits and is at the heart of our culture.

 

Many managers in training started out in the field before climbing the ladder through their commitment and internal training programs. Onet University represents an additional opportunity for them to broaden their scope and strengthen their expertise.
