Olivier Allou appointed Director of Performance and member of the Onet Group Executive Committee

The ambition of the Performance Department is to strengthen the analysis of Onet's overall performance in support of operational staff, in order to manage the company's major economic equilibria as effectively as possible and contribute to its long-term viability.
Olivier Allou will play a decisive role in the company's overall management of financial and non-financial performance, asset valuation, the management of acquisition projects and the management of digital and IT systems. To this end, he is responsible for several departments, including Accounting, Tax and Financing, Central Management Control, BU Operational Management Control, Payroll Expertise, Information Systems and Digital, and Purchasing and General Resources.
Olivier Allou, 49, has over 26 years' experience, notably in auditing firms and then in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. He worked for Beiersdorf (NIVEA, Hansaplast and La Prairie brands), before spending 16 years with Fareva, where he supported the company's international expansion through numerous acquisitions and refinancing campaigns.
His professional background, skills and knowledge of international business make him a major asset for the development and growth of the Onet Group.
