Onet, a committed employer
for road safety

The Onet Group is renewing its commitment to employee safety at the Road Safety Days at work, taking place from May 22 to 26, 2023.

For many years, Onet has made road safety one of its core concerns.

In 2016, the company became a signatory to the road safety "Committed Employer" charter.

This charter groups together seven strong commitments aimed at guaranteeing the safety of our employees on business trips.

The Group is actively involved in promoting best practices in road safety and working to reduce the number of accidents on our roads.

In 2020, Onet became a member of the French National Road Safety Council (CNSR), in the college of professionals and companies. By working alongside other players, we aim to reinforce road safety measures and raise awareness among the general public.

New mobility

This year, Onet is putting the spotlight on new forms of mobility during its Workplace Road Safety Days. The Group recognizes the importance of promoting sustainable, environmentally-friendly alternatives for business travel.

By promoting modes of transport such as cycling and walking, we encourage our employees to adopt more environmentally-friendly mobility solutions.

This initiative is part of the national Bicycle and Active Mobility Plan of the LOM law (loi d'orientation des mobilités ), which aims to fully integrate these modes of transport into our daily lives.

As part of these days, we make available teaching aids to raise our employees' awareness of road risks and the best practices to adopt, such as a webinar on the theme of new mobility with our partners Codes Rousseau and GéoVélo, or an e-learning module created byOnet University.

Focus on the Bicycle Plan

Onet Technologies, the Group's nuclear engineering and services subsidiary, recently signed a Forfait Mobilité Durable agreement to facilitate and encourage our employees to make home-to-work journeys using soft mobility (cycling and carpooling).

To benefit from it, our employees must scrupulously respect the highway code, and they must also follow an e-learning program specially created by Onet University.
