to Onet Iberia

The continued deployment of Onet Learn marks an important turning point in the training of our international teams. The aim is to strengthen the skills of our Onet Iberia employees and improve the quality of our service to customers in Spain. Here's a look at the details and implications of this initiative.
Onet Learn, a training application for France, Luxembourg and now Spain
In 2019, the Group developed an application, Onet Learn, in France with its Onet University, which helps employees learn directly from their smartphones.
More than 50 training courses with numerous video-tutorials and practical advice are available to support our teams' daily skills development and guarantee the consistent deployment of our operational standards.
After Luxembourg in 2021, this application is now being extended to Spain.
Since June this year, a pilot phase has been followed by some forty participants (managers, operations assistants and sales teams). They have thus been able to get to grips with this new e-learning training tool, both face-to-face and digitally.
They will then guide their teams in the field to ensure they have the training best suited to their needs.
Onet Learn's special features and Spanish training content
To ensure that the application adapts as closely as possible to the services provided by our Spanish teams, specific paths have been selected for the French version.
A total of 24 career paths have been selected, covering a wide range of themes such as tertiary maintenance, food processing, healthcare and retail.
"With this application, we are facilitating the start-up of our services on our customers' sites by giving our Onet Iberia employees quick and easy access to Onet's business standards. The aim is to be able to train new arrivals and replacements quickly, and to retain our teams," explains Camille Pedler, Onet Iberia's International HR Director and Onet Learn ambassador, who is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to this new training platform.
Initially deployed at pilot sites, the use of Onet Learn will be extended to all Onet sites in Spain to reinforce the learning and knowledge of our employees in the service of our customers.
Internal cooperation and skills development
The result of close collaboration between French and Spanish teams, the gradual launch of Onet Learn in Spain is in line with the Group's investment in human capital. By offering innovative training courses, notably through its University and its applications, Onet enables its employees to progress and develop, while fostering their motivation and loyalty.
