QSE certification: ensuring the quality of our services, the satisfaction of our customers and the health and safety of our teams
For many years, the Onet Group has been committed to a QSSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) approach, notably through the implementation of standards certified by independent bodies.
This approach aims to place the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders at the heart of all our processes. It also enables us to meet quality criteria for all our services, while preserving our environment and uniting our employees around a shared commitment.

To improve the health and safety of our employees, we apply certified processes. These guarantee the quality and reliability of our operations, while putting people and their environment first. QSE certifications attest to the Onet Group's commitment to a structured approach to the continuous improvement of safety within our teams. They also enable us to unite our employees around the prevention of occupational hazards and the preservation of health.
QSE certification in detail
QSE certification takes the form of specific standards, renewable every 3 years:
- ISO 9001, the quality standard for operational excellence, service compliance and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
- ISO 45001, the standard for employee health and safety in the workplace.
- ISO 14001, the environmental standard for controlling the impact of our activities on the consumption of resources and on living species in our environment.
Other certifications and labels ensure optimum safety for our employees, our services, our customers and our environment (ISAGO, EN9100, NF SERVICES, ISO 19443...).
MASE certification enables us to improve the operational control of our operations in terms of health, safety and the environment. It fosters the development of a risk prevention culture among all our employees. 50 of our Onet branches across France are MASE-certified.
CEFRI certification confirms a company's ability to carry out work involving ionizing radiation, and to comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Certification is mandatory to be able to work in a zone where exposure to ionizing radiation is possible in operations (CEFRI E) or in a research laboratory (CEFRI R), or to deliver training courses enabling employees to work in the nuclear sector (CEFRI F). 24 Onet branches are CEFRI certified in France.
In the field of safety, these certifications meet the challenges of our "Piloting Onet in Prevention" policy, which aims to create a working environment where quality, health and safety are at the heart of all interventions. This policy is in line with the Group's CSR approach.
