Onet honors
its teams at major sporting events

Onet's head office recently welcomed around a hundred employees, including team leaders, sector managers, branch managers and area managers, invited by the Group's management.

The aim of the event was to thank the teams who contributed to the success of the year's major sporting events, in our cleaning, security, hospitality and logistics businesses.

An opportunity for Quentin Coquet-Reinier, Director of Event Activities, to take stock of our activities, highlight the challenges we've met, and share a moment of conviviality.

The numbers speak for themselves:

  • More than 4,000 employees involved throughout the project.
  • Agents trained and supervised through dedicated systems (Onet Learn, compagnonnage, welcome booklets, etc.).

Inspiring interventions

At the event, Cédric Dufoix, Manager Cluster Sud (Marseille-Nice) for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, shared his experience and reviewed activities. In particular, he spoke of the challenges faced by Onet's service teams, their essential role in the smooth running of large-scale events, and the lessons to be learned for future projects.

Emmanuelle Mörch, a Paralympic wheelchair tennis athlete supported by Onet, also spoke about her journey at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, where she played on the prestigious Suzanne Lenglen court in front of over 8,000 spectators.

She shared an inspiring message about surpassing oneself, perseverance and the value of the collective, principles that resonate at the heart of Onet teams.

As a user of PHMR reception facilities, she also wanted to thank the hosts and hostesses for their daily kindness, and to highlight the value of their profession, which is essential for people with disabilities.

A thought for all employees

Although this event was not able to bring together all the agents involved in this collective success, a big thank you was extended to them in recognition of their contribution.

Many thanks to all our teams for their dedication and professionalism!
