Onet joins the OneInThreeWomen network to strengthen its commitment to combating domestic violence

Onet has taken a new step forward in its policy of inclusion and vulnerability prevention by joining the OneInThreeWomen network, a European initiative dedicated to combating domestic violence. This commitment was made official on November 27, 2025, during the network's annual Grand Rendez-vous event, organized by the FACE Foundation and the Kering Foundation.

With this membership, Onet joins more than 200 organizations working to better protect and support their employees who are facing situations of violence.

A major social challenge that companies must address

Domestic violence remains a widespread problem in Europe: according to research conducted by OneInThreeWomen, one in three women has experienced physical or sexual violence during her lifetime, and two in ten female employees are currently affected. These situations do not stop at the company's doors: nearly 55% of victims report that this violence has disrupted their work, leading to fatigue, absences, tardiness, or decreased concentration. With 80,000 employees worldwide, the vast majority of whom are women, Onet is particularly concerned about these situations and wishes to strengthen its actions.

At Onet, we also see the company as a place of protection, guidance, and support. Joining OneInThreeWomen means affirming that domestic violence is not a private matter: it affects women at work, impacting their safety, health, and ability to do their jobs. Our responsibility is to create an environment where everyone can be heard and supported, with managers who are aware and equipped to help.

A commitment structured around three priorities

Through its membership in the OneInThreeWomen network, Onet intends to accelerate the implementation of dedicated measures:

  • Raise awareness among all employees about the reality of domestic violence and its consequences.
  • Support HR and management teams with practical tools to detect, guide, and respond to situations of violence.
  • Offer internal listening and support mechanisms, supplemented by the expertise of the Group's network of social workers and specialized partners.

These actions are in line with the group's inclusion policy, which already coordinates initiatives to support vulnerable groups (people with disabilities, people from priority neighborhoods in urban policy, etc.).

The program that makes us all equal

In a world where women's rights remain fragile and inequalities still exist, Onet has chosen to take action. Action to ensure that gender equality is not just a statement, but a living, breathing dynamic that is experienced, felt, and embodied on a daily basis.
