Onet Technologies accelerates its development by successfully finalizing the acquisition of SDMS

A recognized player in engineering, maintenance and on-site operations for the nuclear and defense industries, Onet Technologies now offers its customers comprehensive engineering solutions, from upstream studies to deployment on industrial sites.

SDMS and TPI are recognized leaders in their sectors thanks to the expertise of their employees, their innovative processes and their excellent industrial tools. Onet Technologies intends to pursue current developments by bringing its engineering and investment capabilities to bear on each customer's projects.
The industrial markets for nuclear power, defense, aeronautics, space and major scientific instruments are experiencing a rapid acceleration, with many new large-scale programs. Onet Technologies' ambition is to be a leading player in these industries, in particular by securing their supply-chain through control of delivery lead-times, "right first time" quality requirements, and innovation.
