Leading Onet in Prevention 2026: A Collective Effort in Support of Health and Safety
- - Onet
A Shared Goal: Advancing Our Culture of Prevention
This event provided an opportunity to share the key priorities of the Group’s future prevention and safety policy. Scheduled for early 2027, this new framework will reinforce our collective ambition: to continue developing a culture of prevention that is ever more deeply embedded in our practices and business lines.
Sleep: A Health and Safety Issue
Among the topics highlighted during the 2026 edition, sleep played a significant role.
Through informational sessions and dedicated workshops, employees were able to deepen their understanding of how it works, its impact on health, and its role in risk prevention.
This awareness campaign served as a reminder that sleep quality is a key factor in well-being, alertness, and safety in daily life, particularly for employees who work night shifts or rotating shifts.
Road safety remains at the heart of our commitments
Another highlight of this year's event: road safety, a long-standing focus of Onet's prevention efforts.
Through various discussions and feedback sessions, participants were made aware of the importance of responsible behavior during both business and personal travel. It was an opportunity to remind everyone that each person plays a role in ensuring their own safety and that of others on the road.
This commitment is a long-term one: since 2016, the Group has been a signatory to the“Employeur Engagé”charterfor road safetyand has actively participated in prevention initiatives carried out on a national scale. Since 2020, Onet has also been a member of the government’s Road Safety Commission, thereby reaffirming its commitment to helping reduce road risks and promoting responsible behavior among all its employees.
Workshops for Sharing and Taking Action
Throughout the day, workshops focused on future prevention and safety policies and sleep-related issues gave employees the opportunity to discuss these topics, share their experiences, and contribute to the collective discussion.
These opportunities for discussion fostered dialogue and reinforced the belief that prevention is built day by day, through everyone’s involvement.
Thank you to all the participants
The success of the 2026 edition depends above all on the commitment of the staff in attendance, the speakers, and the teams working to organize the event.
Together, let’s continue to foster our culture of prevention to protect what matters most: everyone’s health, safety, and well-being.
