A look back at the 27th edition
of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (EWEEPD)

The 27th edition of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH) took place from November 20 to 27.

At Onet, we offered our employees a rich and diversified program on the theme of employment and sport, with round table discussions, actions in the field and videos highlighting our ongoing commitment to inclusion.

A round table to launch the week

On Monday November 20, we kicked off the week with a round table discussion, broadcast live online, highlighting the synergies between disability in the workplace and sport.

The event was introduced by Émilie de Lombarès, Chairman of the Board Onet of Onet, and included Laurence Lelouvier - Group HR and CSR Director, Laurence Acerbo - Responsible Development Director, Gilles Paga - planner atOnet Security and referee for the French sitting volleyball federation, and Prescillia Lézé, a para-judo athlete whom we support and who has been crowned French champion four times in her category.

DuoDay, together towards employment

Once again this year, the Onet Group took part in DuoDay, opening its doors on November 23 to people with disabilities.

The day was an opportunity to discover our professions, develop professional projects and break down prejudices, while fostering the creation of meaningful links.

A successful initiative: this initiative has led to real prospects, with several internships on offer!

Onet's inclusion referral network

Since 2020, Onet has relied on a network of 35 local internal inclusion referents, playing an essential role in supporting employees, managers and the network on disability issues within the company. These referents are true conductors, facilitating collaboration between internal and external disability players.

For one day, the Inclusion department wanted to bring together its referents for a moment of sharing, self-sacrifice and encounters, in collaboration with the L'Avi sourire association - an inclusive nautical school for people with disabilities.

Onet's expertise in favor of inclusion

Onet offers a special welcome and assistance service for people with disabilities or reduced mobility at stations and airports. This service aims to ensure an inclusive experience for every visitor, offering complete care, from assistance to handling formalities.

A concrete example of this expertise: discover the portrait of Emmanuelle Mörch, a wheelchair tennis player supported by the Group, ranked 22nd in the world and number two in France, and how the Onet Accueil teams at Marseille Provence Airport help her get around in her daily sporting life.
