Onet, an international engineering and services group, places inclusion and equal opportunity at the heart of its commitments. Onet's aim is to rely increasingly on its ecosystem to create value, and to work closely with its stakeholders. The aim is to create a regional dynamic in terms of direct or indirect job creation, and societal impact in terms of social cohesion, diversity and the fight against job insecurity.

Promoting inclusion and equal opportunities
The Group is committed to a more inclusive and egalitarian society, forging local partnerships that support professional integration, social cohesion and equal opportunities.
- Nos Quartiers ont du Talent (NQT)
Since 2014, Onet has been a partner of the NQT association, which promotes the professional integration of young graduates living in priority neighborhoods. Onet employees, as sponsors, accompany more and more young people every year, around 8 out of 10 of whom find a job at the end of the course.
- Cap au Nord Entreprendre
Cap Au Nord Entreprendre is a network of economic players in Marseille Nord. It facilitates links between companies, institutions and organizations to help them develop, set up and implement projects focusing on priorities such as human resources, mobility and transport, and safety. As an active member, Onet contributes to these initiatives to strengthen the local economy.
- Énergie Jeunes
Since 2020, the Group has been collaborating with Énergie Jeunes, an association recognized as being in the public interest. Onet employees take part in the "Ma réussite au collège" program, which aims to support academic success through innovative teaching methods. This partnership goes beyond skills sponsorship, also including sponsorship in kind with accommodation for the regional delegation on the premises of Onet's head office.
- Institut Télémaque
Since 2019, Onet has been working with Institut Télémaque to support middle school students from priority education networks. Onet employees sponsor these young people to help them build cultural support paths during their free time.
- Corporate commitment
Onet is a member of the "Les entreprises s'engagent" community, which federates companies around inclusion and sustainability. This initiative aims to create new avenues for cooperation between public authorities, those involved in inclusion, and businesses, in response to major social and environmental challenges.
Onet's international commitment
🇱🇺 In Luxembourg, Onet has signed a partnership agreement with the "Femmes en détresse" association, participating in food and basic necessities collections, and promoting the professional integration of the association's women, with the aim of providing them with secure employment.
🇪🇸 In Spain, Onet Iberia works with the Saint Vincent de Paul association on inclusion projects through skills sponsorship. Actions include workshops on CV writing, job interviews and basic IT skills, as well as courses for agents with difficulties in Spanish, IT or administrative procedures. A Solidarité Logement day was also organized in Madrid.
🇧🇷 In Brazil, Onet has forged partnerships with three associations: Tem Saída, Maison de la Femme Brésilienne and Institut Maria da Penha. These organizations help women victims of domestic violence to reintegrate into society.
Through these initiatives, Onet demonstrates its determination to create a lasting positive impact on the territories in which it operates.
