A croissant a day keeps the doctor away!

The Paris 2024 Olympic Games are shaping up to be an exceptional celebration, attracting visitors from all over the world. Around 2 million tourists are expected for this historic event, many of whom will arrive by air. Airlines and airports play a key role in welcoming these visitors and athletes.

 

They face a major logistical challenge, while at the same time seizing the opportunity to strengthen their brand image. A sense of service to the end user

As soon as planes land, our vehicles on the runway are among the first things passengers see through the window on their arrival on French soil.

Our aim is to make our vehicles ambassadors of French hospitality through a communication campaign based on connivance and humor. It's a unique opportunity to reaffirm our sense of service for the benefit of all, close to home, a fundamental and structuring value for our company for 160 years.

250 ramp vehicles, deployed at Roissy Charles de Gaulle and provincial airports, display humorous anecdotes linked to the regions, accompanied by a welcome message to greet passengers.     

"A croissant a day keeps the doctor away", "In Marseille, we don't speak French, we speak soccer", "In Toulouse, you don't play rugby. You're born for it"... all fun facts that welcome passengers from August in Paris and September in Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, Toulouse and Biarritz.

Creating links between passengers and our agents

This original approach also enables Onet Airport Services to reinforce the pride of its teams, and to emphasize the essential role they play in the positive experience of passengers, whether in reception, orientation or baggage handling.
