On the road
with the Safety Caravan!
The safety of our employees is a key concern for the Group. Lionel Gonzalez, branch manager at Onet Cleaning and Associated Services Drôme-Ardèche, and Mounia Brahmi, operations manager, have clearly understood this challenge.
In 2017, they created the Safety Caravan, an initiative enabling Lionel and Mounia, along with Manon Allex Billaud, Quality Safety Environment Manager, to reach out to employees working far from the branch.
In fact, nearly 600 employees are located throughout the Drôme-Ardèche region, half of whom are at least 1h30 away from the branch, which makes travelling to the branch for a safety talk or a short training session more time-consuming.

A rich learning experience for our employees
For half a day, the site's employees are grouped together directly on our customers' premises to follow this training course in specific cleaning techniques (double bucket technique, folding microfiber into 4, cleaning an office, a washroom, etc.) given by Mounia.
Manon takes over to raise awareness of the main safety risks in the cleaning sector, and how to avoid the associated dangers (falls from the ground, gestures and postures, use of chemicals, electrical hazards...).
In addition to training and raising awareness among our employees, this local initiative is an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, listen and share.
What's more, our customers are keen to support us in this way and, in addition to providing us with premises, are happy to take part in these events. We would like to thank them in particular.
What does this mean in figures?
In 2018, 52% of our agents (i.e. 150 agents out of 290) took part in these days. We had to wait during the pandemic period to be able to bring them together again under good conditions.
This year, our teams left even more motivated, and even though training has only just begun, 14% of all our employees are already trained and aware.
