Job offer 2 Billing Assistant F/H CDI Courbevoie Et Marseille

Be in charge of centralized customer invoicing in compliance with BPU and contractual commitments, in liaison with Sales Management and operational staff

Receive and check invoicing orders (OF) and related documents (purchase orders, quotations, work orders, etc.).

Draw up "Credit Request" documents in compliance with the expenditure commitment matrix, and enter them once the necessary approvals have been obtained.

Validate, print and dispatch invoices, checking that monthly billing is correct.

Carry out standard assistant duties: receive, process or distribute mail, draft memos and letters, prepare various reports.

Training required for the position :

BTS Management / Accounting

Skills and qualifications required for the position :

Proficiency in the use of the Windows Office package, in-house applications, software and ERP such as Navision
Knowledge of People Soft's AP module would be a plus
Know how to make follow-up calls.
Know the fundamentals of general accounting.
Respect the confidentiality of information processed or communicated
