Every year, we are committed to supporting interns and work-study students, helping them to obtain their diplomas while training them in our professions.
Reporting to the general resources department, your duties will include :
Technical purchasing management
Purchases related to operations: packaging, specific personal protective equipment, etc.
Be in direct contact with field teams to understand and respond to technical needs.
Obtain quotations and compare offers based on operational needs.
Be a driving force in the choice of suppliers.
Supplier analysis
Analyze orders placed by supplier to understand volumes, recurrence and purchasing typologies.
Identify new sources of supply and qualify potential suppliers.
Update the supplier base.
Identify optimization levers to centralize purchasing.
Challenge existing suppliers on prices, commercial conditions and lead times.
Tenders & negotiation
Prepare and follow up calls for tender in line with identified needs.
Participate in the negotiation of commercial terms with selected suppliers.
Follow up tender results and ensure regular reporting.
Participate in the Purchasing Department's continuous improvement actions (technology watch, sourcing, cost optimization, etc.).
Training: 4/5 years of higher education in purchasing, business, engineering or equivalent.
Technical skills: Proficiency in office automation tools,
Qualities: Excellent communication skills, thoroughness and organization, confidentiality, responsiveness, ability to manage priorities, autonomy.
